A30M Replacement hotend?

Looking through the site and all over the internet, I cannot find a place to purchase a replacement hotend for my A30M. My issue is the block threads have stripped while replacing the nozzle after a clog. Now a new nozzle will not go in and seal with the block and can be wiggle out without twisting. There are also no instructions or easy way to dismantle the two input shafts from the combiner block with the stripped nozzle port.

I also was wondering if any other hotend could be mounted in it's place, but with the wiring harnesses as they are, I don't know if it's even possible to use something other than the designed A30M dual hotend shafts and combiner block with the thermistor ports.

Did you find a fix for this?

I got the same advice from support and ordered the hotend and it's not the same shape or size and has 4 of the thick red wires instead of 2. For such an expensive printer, the support and quality is seriously lacking.

I found this hotend nozzle thats mk10 style with m7 threads and a 2 mm internal diameter. I'm wondering if anyone else has tried it or if it will work with more abrasive filament.

The A30M has two heaters with two wires a piece. If you have an A30M you should have gotten a hot end with four wires. The A20M has only one heater so only two wires.
