Hi,you need to check the problem firstly:
1. Check the connection: observe whether the cable is well connected to all the interfaces, or use a multimeter to test the continuity of the cable.
2. Check the motherboard: When heating, observe whether the motherboard has four lights on. It is recommended that you provide video or pictures of the motherboard during heating.
3. Check the heating module and observe whether the heating module lights up during heating.

I'm having the same problem but even after checking all connections on the Motherboard, the error still comes up. Interestingly, it only happens after I turn on the extruder for the second time, the first time it works fine until I turn the extruder off and back on.
Also, I haven't been able to print a single item because when I start the print the Z axis positions itself 60 mm above the table. I use Repetier Host as the printer software and Cura Engine to generate G-Code.
Please HELP!!!
Thank you.
