Hi there,
I have waited a long time for this firmware and have now installed and tested it. I noticed a problem that I can only address the 1st or 3rd extruder in the mixer with "Toggle Mix", but not the middle one.
Is the problem understandable?
Marc
Please excuse my English, i used Google Translater

Hi, the middle ratio cannot be changed through the screen,
You can use the color mixer on the official website to set the color mixing model.

Hi,
I also have issues with colors. I don't want to mix them, I want to switch between them.
In Cura if I choose extruder 1, it will use a mix of all of the colors. If I choose extruder 2 or 3, it will do weird stuff, like print in the air and then show a Low temperature error.

Hi,
Thanks. I removed the code you mention from "Start G-code" and it is using only extruder 1 now.
I have 2 questions.
1. How can I tell the printer to use only extruder 2 or extruder 3 and not extruder 1?
2. I noticed that one of my extruders is different from the others. The "wheel" is flat in the middle. Because of that, the filament move
much slower than normal and it causes bad prints.
See pictures below.
Why is it different?
(Printer bought new from Amazon).
Cheers,
Oli

Hi, 1.the default extruder for the printer 1,
2. It looks different, does it affect extrusion,
If it affects, you can contact your sales to explain the situation.

Yes it affects extrusion. There is too little extrusion.
How do I contact after sales?
On a related topic, I had to modify the extruders Start G-code in order to use different colors. See an example below. I don't understand why this was not included in the official settings.

Hi, If you change the color,
You may need to make changes to start gcode.
If there is a problem with the extruder itself,
You can provide your purchase platform, country, order number, email,
I will contact relevant colleagues to explain the situation.
