Hi,we do not have the corresponding firmware, you can directly exchange the wire sequence as shown in the figure.

I would like to upgrade to TMC2208, but have BlTouch.
Are you saying that if we swap the wires it will be supported?
Do you know when we will have a firmware with TMC2208 and 3DTouch support?

Hi,the firmware has nothing to do with the driver, you can still use the firmware that supports 3Dtouch.

I have installed TMC2209

I'm trying to tune the VREF and all I get is 4.88v. Potentiometer makes no difference on output.
I know it could be a defective product, but I would be surprised if 5 of them are defective.
Any suggestions on what might be the problem?

Correct. I can't adjust the voltage.
My guess is that the VREF pin hasn't been wired correctly, I found someone else with the same problem.
They probably work fine, but I have no way to adjust them without the VREF pin working.
I'm going to return them and get a different brand.
