Print with a filament
Hello everyone,
here is my second post in no time
I am testing the A20T and through Cura I have generated a file to be printed in a single color. To do this I thought it was necessary to disable the nozzles that were not interested. Unfortunately, when I passed the file to the printer, the printer set a default mixing for all the loaded colors.
I have seen that through the display it is possible to intervene in the printing phase of the arrangement and make it print with a single color.
But I wonder, the operation done with Cura should not work as well since I have disabled the nozzles not interested? Maybe something wrong or do you recommend using another software to be able to print with a single filament and not have a mix of colors?
Thank you

Hi, you can set the blending ratio on the screen,
Select the extruder and change the ratio to 100.
But there is no way to control the middle ratio.
If you mix colors in cura,
Can't mix a whole model,
Need to select the stitched model and select the corresponding extruder for printing.
By the way,If you are printing in monochrome, it is recommended to insert consumables.
Avoid printing jams.

I don't have specific images, I wouldn't know what to send you either.
The question is simple, surely I explained myself wrong, how can I print with a single color, without acting on the display of the printer as soon as it starts, but by carefully setting the CARE slicer?

Hi, When printing in monochrome,
Just select one of your holistic models,
Then sliced,
You need to check your blending ratio,
Change to 100: 0: 0: 0

Re: Print with a filament
I'll explain what happens with the photos of the various phases of the display. Given, as already mentioned, that with Cura I disabled the other "extruders" and enabled only the number 1.
As you can see, following the img, everything starts well when it reaches the temperature that I set from the slice, automatically increases both the temperature of the nozzle and of the plane to default values that I have not set.
Then he always mixes the colors completely automatically, not caring about the settings I gave to the slicer. To make it print with a single color I must necessarily act on the display.
Is all this normal?

Hi, your picture shows that when the heating is completed, the color mixing ratio is not 100: 0: 0.
You can try changing the model and re-slicing.

The test I am doing with different models but the printer when it arrives at the temperature set by me makes its head both with the temperature of the plate and the plate and with the mixing of colors.
Could it be a firmware issue or am I wrong?

Also I just noticed another thing, I tried to print the classic Test cube X, Y ,, Z is wrong and despite filling 30% and layer 0.1 it is very weak
