friends, the problem is this:
a20t printer prints from top to bottom, but should vice versa, from bottom to top.
I tried to print a print sample that came with the printer. The firmware costs from 2020-01-18.
who knows what could be the problem?

Hi,you can provide your printed pictures, which are usually printed layer by layer. Before printing, you need to level the hot bed. The distance between the hot bed and the nozzle in the Mylar film version is the distance between the two leveling papers.

I probably didn’t explain clearly.
bed alignment i did.
the sample was bundled with the printer on a micro SD card.
and when in the printer menu I selected print with micro SD.
the extruder went up and started to print, layer by layer, while the extruder went down and printed.
