The printer cannot communicate with computer?
Check the USB serial chip at first:

Firmware
1.How to upload firmware?
You need to upload the firmware via Arduino IDE 1.0.1.
If you upload the fw via Arduino 1.8.5 then you will get the error:
fops_t or X/Y/Z min pin redefine

3.The motor can move at one direction only
1)Check the wires of the endstop 2)You need to check the endstop work or not

3)Swap the a4988
Extruder
1.Extruder does not work normally.(The temp of it <180C ,it won't work because the temp protect)
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 19&t=17097
2.Hotbed/extruder is not heated up

3, How to use the spare extruder slot?
http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20&t=18020
4.Hotbed/extruder has a MIN TEMP/MAX TEMP Error

PID tuning
Tuning refers to the parameters adjustment of a proportional-integral-derivative control algorithm used in most repraps for hot ends and heated beds.
PID needs to have a P, I and D value defined to control the nozzle temperature. If the temperature ramps up quickly and slows as it approaches the target temperature, or if it swings by a few degrees either side of the target temperature, then the values are incorrect.
