Printer stopped in the middle and not completed with dual colors A20M

Hello Technical Support,

I bought Geeetech A20M M/C 6 months ago and tried to print using my own design.
I am using Cura Version4.9.1 as slicer engine.
The 3 D design I have created using tinkercad.
Unfortunately after 72% (4 hrs and 11 minutes), the print stopped with the message: Temp too low and M/C need to be reset.
I assumed the printer has stopped when it changed color from yellow to Red.

I tried to attach the files for your info, but im not sure which file format you would accept.

Please let me know what mistakes I have done.
