Rewiring Hotend Control Board Link Cable

I am currently adapting my printer to use a Bigtreetech SKR2 Motherboard. I am stuck on rewiring the hot end control board link cable, is there a pinout of the control board that shows which each wire is controlling?

Any information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
