Bed loose, followed official instructions, made the problem worse. What to do?

My bed was loose, the entire part with the bed leveling section and the bed itself wiggled slightly side to side.
So I tried the official instructions from Geeetech:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l1r-sv8zIb8
All this did was start to unscrew the screw and nut on either side of the middle piece, the pieces now just rotate freely so turning them does nothing. The screw is impossible to reach because the bed doesn't extend far enough to reach it, so it has made the problem much worse.
Why didn't they use a nut so I could reach it with a wrench without disassembling half the printer?
I have no idea how to remove the bed to fix it, as it came assembled, and I can't find any instructions for how to do it either.
What do I do now? I'm about to cry.

Here's a picture. I need to be able to reach the 2 screws on the bottom or at least hold them in place so they don't rotate.

Fixed it! One of the rollers was very loose (the one that looks gray because it's covered in graphite), it would have been impossible to fix without disassembling anyway, as it was on the back and the screw was just not reachable. Had to remove the bottom cover to unplug the bed and then remove the bed by unscrewing the end belt holder and unclipping the belt from the bed.
I will say, it was not easy to disassemble and worse to reassemble, without any instructions, and I made a couple mistakes and had to undo half the work, but now the bed is back to being as tight as it was on day 1 :) And it only took me all day.
At least now I know how to do it again if I need to in the future. But I think if this happens again I will put some loctite on the roller screws.
