stepper drivers

hi i have just received my new printer and wow it is so loud. so was my ender 3 until i upgraded the motherboard and stepper motors. can i do the same to this printer ? (a20m) if so what drivers do i need to buy or better still is there an after market motherboard that drops straight in?
