Bed temp sensor stuck to 51°C

Hi,
I have a A20M since 2019/10.
It was offline for a month, for an hotend temp sensor problem.

I received and changed the whole hotend, and it resolved my initial problem...
But now I face another issue : Bed temp seems to stuck to 51°C-52°C with or without heating.

Same after rebooting / Unplugging the printer, unplugging the motherboard BED connector...

What can I do to resolve this issue ? :?
Thanks for your advices !

Hi,if the connecting line between the hot bed and the main board is unplugged (as shown in the figure), or 51 ℃ is displayed, the main board should be broken.

Thanks for your fast answer !

It seems that I don't have the same motherboard.
I unplugged this connector (the only one that leads to the bed), but the temp still the same :

Hi,the motherboard should be broken.
You can contact the salesman to replace it.

Thanks.

It will probably be complicated to use the salesman way for guarantee.
I bought the printer online, and the saler don't sell spare parts : I'll have to send back the whole printer...
