How common is it for the stepper motor drivers to fail?

I just replaced the main board (GT2560 V3.0). It had failed, but I did not replace the plug in driver IC's at the same time. Stupid on my part, my question is do these usually fail when the main board fails? Thanks for any input. Hopsing

Hi, Can you describe in detail what happened.

After replacing the GT2560 v3.0 I plugged the drivers into the board just like the original board. I turned the machine on and proceeded to check out everything. Heat worked fine on both the nozzle and the flat bed. But no response from any of the stepper motors or extruder. I tried to auto home and went to the individual X, Y, Z, motors and still no response. Hope that answers your question.

Hi, Can't all axes run?
You have the remaining driver board can
Try to insert it into the position corresponding to the driver board of the motherboard motor.
