hot end temperature -14 degrees

When i turn on my A20M it shows the temperature of hot end is -14 degrees and the bed is 141 degrees. the room temperature is 23 degrees. i have never seen this before and have no idea what is wrong with it.

thanks. I think it might be a fried main board. I had just turned it on after i had been using it about 30 minutes before hand.
