Sudden underextrusions

Hello,

I was very happy with my printer, but I suddenly got some enormous problems with it

I got great prints, perfect layer height
But now I keep getting under extrusion (I didn't change anything in cura or update it)
It both happens with extruder 1 and 2 and when mixing

What I tried:
- downloaded the firmware from github (and used the BL-touch version)
Here is my configuration.h: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1WW5fV ... PUws_4An7g
- Cleaning the nozzle: I completely took appart the hotend and clean it (or at least as good as I can do) and used a new 0.4 nozzle
- I also made the printer extrude 10cm of plastic (and 10cm got used, so the steps/mm is correct)

Is there anything I can try? I'm really getting desperate
The printer is only 2 months old

Hi,You can try to reduce the printing temperature and printing speed appropriately to see if the extrusion flow rate is 100%..

I noticed what was wrong: the filament feeder arm was broken: https://photos.app.goo.gl/pPqbu2vhftpgDsXa9

A question, is there any way I can buy this component seperatly

Not surprising they all break... I have replaced mine with all metal (see attached picture), but you can give a try to this thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3456879 , but I am pretty sure it will break too.

What values did you change for the different extruders? only esteps/mm or also something different?

Where did you find the 2mm spacer, or did you just print them?
