Принтер новый, из коробки не работает второй цвет, настраиваю в миксере градиент, начинается печать, мотор первого экструдера вращается, процент смешивания меняется, а второй экструдер не начинает вращаться, в середине печати пластика подается все меньше и меньше.

You can also heat the nozzle temperature to 200 and manually push the consumables to check whether the nozzle is blocked. The blockage needs to be cleaned in time;

Check if the Teflon tube is blocked. If it is blocked, you can trim the part and insert it completely. Avoid blockage due to gaps.

Hi, Only when the specified temperature is reached, the extruder motor will rotate to protect the wire feed wheel from being squeezed and causing wear. So if you find that the extruder is not working, first check if the print head is heated to the specified temperature.

You can change the color mixing ratio on your printer screen, see if the second extruder can discharge normally, and then see if the extruder motor can run normally.
