My new A20M has gone crazy

My A20M purchased on Amazon on October 29th, from the beginning gave strange artifacts on the LCD display, but initially I didn't pay much attention to it. Now instead it stops during printing, the display works by showing the writing perfectly, but it does not accept any command, does not accept the reset button and I am forced to switch the machine off and on again. When you print from time to time an X or Y axis will enchant or drift to infinity. Turning back the axes that went adrift, obviously they resume printing in the wrong position. Even the extruder has given similar problems, during the printing all of a sudden I rewind the filament back and then reload it, certainly not sufficiently, because the printing resumed but without depositing material. What solutions can I adopt besides throwing it out of the window? Or have all the drivers stopped working, or is the GT2560V3 card the cause?

Ah, sad to hear that. But I think I have a friend who can help. I have to buy dissertation online, and once I have placed my order, I will share this post with my buddy Chad, and ask him to suggest you a solution. If you haven’t found one already.
