I just got an A20M and am trying to dial it in and set it up an Cura. I seem to have it printing OK but for some reason, the 2nd color isn't that distinctive from the other color. I am printing a block with some letters on it and the letters are solid in color. The other color bleeds over in it. Wanted to see if anyone had any Idea why this may be happening. I have increase the size of the wipe and print tower. But that doesn't seem to make much of a difference.

Hi, I don't quite understand what the second color you mean is different from other colors. Can you describe the details in detail?

If you look at the letters they are suppose to be reds the first couple of letters are more black than red. I see pictures of other 2color printer where the colors are more defined and separate. I would like the red to be more red. I have tried other colors and it does the sa,e thing.

The mixer is 100,0. Now it only prints one cleaning tower I am assuming that is normal for dual color printer. It sure what else I can check

I have the same problem with black and yellow color, and as you, the mixer is 100,0.

It seems like like there is no sufficient clean-up between changing the filament, i.e. when the printer switches to yellow, there is still some residue of the black filament in the pipeline, and then the yellow is coming as half-black and half-yellow :(

I had the same problem.
Now i use a square prime tower of 25mm.
and a minimum purge of 60mm³

Have you printed the lizard that was on the SD card that came with your printer?
