Hello
my name is christophe, I am 51 years old, I have a printer geeetech a20m since Christmas. I do not speak English very well that's why I use Google translation.
I already made some parts with my printer, I used 1 kilogram of PLA. I did not use my printer for a week, I had a piece to do, I made my gcode file with cura as usual and when I launched the impression, the tray is well set to the desired value (30 °) but the tray is mounted at 200 ° while I asked for 205 °. I set the temperature directly on the printer and it is mounted at 205 ° and I was able to print. I took a gcode file created with cura from one of the first pieces that I had printed and it was the same, the printer mone has 200 ° while in the gcode I ask 205 °.
In cura I put the json files from the printer and extruders downloaded on the geeetech website.
I tried to create my printer in cura, but the printer climbs to good temperatures but the printing does not start.
I do not know what to do to operate the printer properly.
A20M problem temperature.
Re: A20M problem temperature.
I suggest you use the PID auto-tuning at first.
Refer to this gcode and send it to your printer via USB:
"M303 E0 S200 C5"
