Welcome to the forum RUSOG!

Did you follow the steps on the forum/ wiki?

Make sure the sensor is correctly connected (i mixed wires 1st time)

Make sure adjustments in Firmware is correct

Compile and upload firmware

Send test commands

M280 P0 S10 ; pushes the pin down
M280 P0 S90 ; pulls the pin up
M280 P0 S120 ; Self test – keeps going until you do pin up/down or release alarm
M280 P0 S160 ; Release alarm

If they do not work - no need to try to calibrate
(1st get sensor to work properly)

If you get no movement of the pin you need to check your control signal (orange).

Hi
Yes Did like wiki and uploaded corrected firmware.
Wire colors is connected according to manual.
The z_min input is working.

The sensor Dont respond to the gcodes at All.

Pretty Lost.
The pins Page should be updated as manual?
Tried to do it, and without.

I Will check orange wires as you say.

Bonjour,

Cordialement,

L'ami René

How many different 3D printing machines does Geeetech sell? How hard would it be for "Geeetech officials" to publish the correct installation, configuration, and operation instructions with photos?

I too, have been trying for months to get ABL to work. First an inductive sensor (as recommended on Geeetech site) and now a 3D touch sensor. Both are worthless without some more help.

When will Geeetech help!

And why not make the Geeetech forums open (like other forums) so that we can help each other more quickly ?

Bonjour daveapplemotors,

Cordialement,

L'ami René

Well said Rene! Merci.

I can't/won't buy another thing from Geeetech until I get what I already have working. And I talk to others here in Colorado about buying 3D printers, too.
I can't recommend Geeetech without losing my credibility to my friends, relatives and associates. I wanted to become a Geeetech dealer but my machine does not work yet. it would be very difficult to represent a company that does not appear to support it's clients. I have spent many whole days now doing nothing except trying to get ABL working. I have an inductive sensor (recommended on this forum) and a 3D touch--both worthless to me right now.

Having said that I must thank all of you Geeetech customers who help. I have a Geeetech Prusa i3 pro A. Does anyone have a working 3Dtouch sensor and configuration.h, pins,h, and configuration.adv.h files to share?

thanks,
Dave

I can feel your frustration but we need more information about your printer.

If it is like my i3 pro B and it has the gt2560board you should try the firmware NiklasO posted.

Installing the firmware here and switch Red and orange Wire dont make any Difference.
No responce to codes

Should have bought pnp sensor.
This is really expensive and even not working.
I have Pro b version btw
