Impossible to make my first print

Hello,

I have just bought an A20m but for now I can not do anything with it.

I load the filaments. If I move the extruders, the plastic goes trough the nozzle. But when I print the demo dog, nothing or barely nothing comes out of it... I have tried different filaments but for now I have never managed to print anything. It is just a waste of plastic...

I also wanted to change the nozzle to see if it was the problem but it seems to be hardly locked. Do I need to remove the lateral screws? Those also seem to be locked... I have searched for different videos but I have never found any one related to the A20m.

Hi, you can

1. Exchang the motor line to check whether the wiring is damaged；
2. Detect the driver board voltage (0.8-1.2V)
