G20M 3D Printer Issue

Hello,

Before 3 weeks I have purchased a very popular A20M 3D Geeetech printer which comes with a touch sensor. I have also set up it very well according to the manual instructions. I have followed all the manual guide instructions during installation but it did not work. I assembled it correctly and check the installation twice. The main issue is that when I started it the first time for print the printing head getting jam into the build plate continuously, So I tried to resolve it But can't stop get it completely. So I put a lot of pressure on the printer head. After that, I again start printing but the print can't reach the build plate. This issue is of 3 weeks and still I not get my money refund. So What I supposed to do with this trouble? Even if I remove the sensor could I downgrade again & get the correct offset? OR is there anything else going wrong with this My A20M printer? Please anybody from here can help me to resolve this problem?
