A20M control knob

The selector knob next to the lcd display only works sometimes when scrolling up or down. Where to buy a replacement part to solder on board or replace the control board. Need help.

i have received a refurbished a20M 2week ago and same, knob dead, its a V3 mainboard, lcd not in website
