Low extrusion, PTFE problem

Post by k20human » Mon May 04, 2020 5:13 am

Hi,

Everything was fine with my A20M printer until i had a problem with a stuck PLA filament inside the left PTFE tube near the hotend.
I follow this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sE2GSBKfb3s) for disasambled and clean the PTFE.

But then i encounter low extrusion problem. I think it is because PTFE was not enough in the bottom. I try many time with no luck.
I purchased a new PTFE tube and try again. It works for 2 weeks but then same problem ...

I try with another PTFE tube but it doesn't work ... I try with PTFE of right side of the printer but no left / right doesn't work.

Extruders work fines, if i ask 10 mm, they give me 10 mm of filament.

How to solve this PTFE problem ?

Hi,if the extruder blanking is normal, the extrusion head should not be cleaned.
After cleaning, twist the nozzle down and let it unload automatically.
Both holes should be cleaned, and the nozzle should be replaced after cleaning.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.

Hi,

The 2 holes seem cleans, i use another PTFE to remove old filament waste.
I replaces the nozzle with a new one provided with the printer.

I just purshased a new hotend and new PTFE
