Current guide to reverse extruder motor direction?

Hi, I bought a new Geeetech aluminum feeder kit.

I would like to update configuraion.h to include: " #define INVERT_E0_DIR true" so that the motor moves in the right direction.
But most of the posts I see about this are a few years old. And I'm worried that they are out of date.

Can you help me do this, or post a link to an up-to-date guide for the A20M with newer board? (GT2560 ?)
