auto level issue

Post by mattplatz » Sat Dec 07, 2019 8:07 am

I have the A20M with BL Touch installed I have the firmware correct but when ever I try to start a print after adding the G29 command after the G28 command the printer will go through the auto level process but then the extruder will raise approx. 11mm and not re lower before starting the print, obviously causing nothing to stick because of this distance from the bed. I have tried adding a G92 command to lower after the leveling but have had mixed results and this is annoying. What might be the issue and is there a setting in Cura for the BL Touch so that I do not have to manually add the commands into the gcode? Thank you!

Hi, When you install 3d touch and then install its firmware,
Need to calibrate 3d touch;
You can refer to this: viewtopic.php?f=27&t=18371
Do n’t put another G28 after the G29 as it will just remove the G29 results.
The G29 command should be added every time.
