No printing after auto-leveling

Post by MrBorg » Mon Jul 08, 2019 1:58 am

After having some issues with my BL touch auto leveling I have reattached the 3d touch sensor but now my printer starts the auto leveling and when finish with the leveling process I can see the file getting processed but the printer doesn't move and afterwards it returns to first position and change state to Ready.

I have recorded a video of the leveling and what it does in the end.

https://youtu.be/29pMl4j4F0I (be aware it is very noisy).

Anyone got a clue how to get my printer working again??

Hi, through your video, you can see that the position of the z-axis is too high to print. Your print file may have problems. You can try to replace the print file.
-Keep your mind and try to test it. :)
-Everything will be fun!-Support all Getech printer.
-You can ask me the questions and I will kindly reply.

Cool I will take a look at it. I have just made major z-offset adjustments from -2.60 to 1.60 somehow the z-offset trick with moving z down to 0.00 to check if leveled correct but each time I needed to adjust even more than the subtraction of the difference of z at optimal placement and z = 0.00 - this should be subtracted from z-offset (right?)

Could it be that the bed is loose or something else is loose and therefore giving wrong z-adjustments?
