bed not heating, actual temprtaure displayed as > 300deg

hello,
I have a new A20 arrived yesterday from banggood.
There is a screen when the printer is printing. it shows the set temperature and the actual temperature of the nozzle and the bed.
The bed never heats up because the actual temperature is displayed as 356degrees. i guess because the sensor thinks the temperature is already way too high, the bed never heats. is this a configuration issue or a faulty part?
maybe a firmware update needed?
