Z-Axis Holder

Hi,
My Z Axis holder (upper part) is loose. I have only the two little screws but I do not see any part that can hold it tight. Is this something normal or just an error in the construction process. How can this be fixed? Thank you.
Best,
midman

It is broken.
My A20T arrived with the same piece broken in the exact same manner. I sent a message to Geeetech this morning, waiting for a response but it is very early for them right now.

Hi,
So far I had very luck with this printer as I got no final print from this device. Issues with the hotend, got a new one, issues with the extruder feeder, got a new one and now recognized the wobbling z axis. My friend has borrowed me his Sovol SV01 and this printer just did his job as I urgently needed some prints for my little son for Christmas.
Best

Hi,
did you find a solution? Unfortunately, I got a piece that did not work.
