Cannot Remove Hotend

Hello, I want to swap out the original hot end that came with my 3D printer as I think it is very very clogged. When I followed the youtube video by geeetech I got down to the last temp but cannot unscrew the hotend from the block. Am I doing something wrong? Also, when I put it back together, I am not sure if I plugged the fans in properly. Does it matter where they plug into?

I strongly suggest to you don't remove the original hotend. How many hours/years do u have that one ? You can clean it with the original tool provided by geeetech
