A20 Loose Bed

Hello,

My A20's bed is not secure and has about 1mm play on the front left and rear right corners. It seems that the chamfered wheels are not pressing up against the Y_Track firmly.

Question: How do I adjust them so that the bed doesn't rattle ?
For that matter, how do I get to them ?
How does one remove the bed plate ?

I just assembled my A20M and I have even more play in the bed than that. Nearly 1cm of play. A bit disappointing out of the box. I will try the adjustment suggested.
