set up of G2s Pro

I just purchased, and built a new gs2 pro with auto level. I am setting this up with a mac computer running Cuma and repetier. I have been able get communication between the mac and the printer in repetier. What is my next step? The unit will home all the way up. When I try to print it runs the extruders into the bed, I assume I have to reset the home Position based on the 190 mm from the bed to the extruder tip. what program do I need to run and what is the procedure?

What are the settings in Cuma for the Gs2
