I have the same issue... 6mm Z travel instead of 1 mm !!!!

Hi, I just bought a new geeetch I3 Pro W and I follow instruction when update the FW and changing setting in Marlin /Arduino. I can home all axes and go in "prepare" submenu to movings axes I choose 1mm step and X and Y are moving the right travel distance.. BUT Z axis is much bigger travel than 1mm...

Thanks for that post. But I'm still lost with all the FW list... I have a Pro I3 W with board GT2560+4A4988 and there is fw relating to A10, A10M, A20, A20M how to know which one is the right one?
