extruder going backwards

Hi hope you all can help just build a i3 pro b but having problems printing anything.
when I do the extruder calibration the fillerment come out of the extruder when you move the extruder access to 100 . Any ideas

is it possible to remove an unused extruder and hot end from i3 pro c?
I already have removed the stepper, but if I remove the temperature sensor the printer Fail.
