Hi, i am not having your issue, but i experienced multiple other issues. and so far support is not helpfull at all. Recieving the A30T, i found that the Gantry was not properly tight, wich lead to a brocken fan duct. then i noticed that the bed is runing with friction, complained about it, new belt ...
