I'm having the same problem with one extruder underextruding and the other works fine. I think it may be a clog somewhere in the heater block. I have an A10M Dual Extruder printer. I've been having clogging problems on the right side (E0). I removed the bowden tube and cleaned it out, ran some nylon filament through to clear the blockage and I noticed there is just 1 fan on the heater block (left side only).
