Hello guys.

Im having some issues with enabling retraction on my I3 Pro B, if i dont use retraction i get a lot of lines (see attach), but when i enable retraction (0.6mm / 25mm/s) the printer stops sending filament (picture also in attach).

Any ideas?

Tried with the new 0.2 nozzle and printed fine for half an hour, then the filaments just stops flowing again...

I already calibrated the drivers (Technical support told me the values) but no luck, so i had to bring the printer to them, they did some checks and printed a calibration cube without problems.. But then when i wanted to print something back at home, same issues, nozzle gets jams after a few minutes...

In the attached video it is observed how the filament does not move correctly. This is not caused by connections, motor or wiring. I already upgraded the software to Marlin.
