Have similar problem auto insists on homing to - 1.000 mm, hence below bed level, will not change this value.

Hi, trying to level bed on new A30, with the bed at it's lowest you need to raise print head to clear the bed. Setting Z to 2 mm allows you to level bed, but when you try to set auto it tries to punch a hole in the hot plate, Z keeps going to - 1.000mm. Tried factory reset, tried reinstalling latest...
