Hi,
levelling hotbed is first I do before every print.
But it takes any effect.
What do you think about the problem with z- axis ?
How can the extruder be calibrated ?

Hi William, here is video which shows the issue. The problem with z axis (autohome) happens sometimes , if I switch out printer for a longer time 2 hours or more or install the actual firmware again the problem disapears. thank you for your reply.
That was the reason for faillure.
The printer doesn't work with the Cura Software.
I tried Cura 4.4 and new 4.5, with both the A20M won't work.
It would be fine to comunicate this issue in the quick start guide
,before anybody wasts a lot of time.
