Also I just noticed another thing, I tried to print the classic Test cube X, Y ,, Z is wrong and despite filling 30% and layer 0.1 it is very weak

The test I am doing with different models but the printer when it arrives at the temperature set by me makes its head both with the temperature of the plate and the plate and with the mixing of colors.
Could it be a firmware issue or am I wrong?

I don't have specific images, I wouldn't know what to send you either.
The question is simple, surely I explained myself wrong, how can I print with a single color, without acting on the display of the printer as soon as it starts, but by carefully setting the CARE slicer?

The problem that with Cura I selected the color concerned, however when I pass the file to the printer it always makes the mix of colors.
