I have adjusted the nut, but the metal of the carriage, itself, is still feeling flimsy after the bend. And I mean the metal plate that is the carriage, itself, not the cage. How can I contact a sales representative?

So I bought my A10M quite a while ago, and while I was assembling it at the time, I noticed that the carriage was bent so the wheel couldn't quite hold onto the X axis the way it needed to. Oddly enough, the wiring for my bed didn't have the issues you described, my blue/green pair is the thermistor. Maybe they were soldered on in the wrong pattern? Should be easy enough to resolder as well for those OCD. I could share a picture of my bed's underside if desired.
