Well after messing around with it all weekend I did finally get it to print properly. I removed the cable completely and played around with the z height offset and now it is at the correct height. This has opened up more issues, but hey, it's all in good fun. Thanks for all the help!

Okay, so I removed the Z cable from the Z stop and it's still doing the same thing, so a few things: 1. I read back through the responses and saw that you had said to remove the cable completely, so I'm guessing this is important. I'll try that next. 2.
