So the extruder works reliably now. I just had to clean the nozzle twice and clean the print bed and level it a couple of times and now the thing is printing as good as it never has before.

I think I have found my problem. The extruder is extremely inaccurate. When telling it to extrude 100mm, it extrudes between 0 to 18mm too little. No idea what I would do about that though.

A little update on the issue. Apparently the reference voltage for the extruder stepper motor was too low. It was set to 0.8V when the Motor can take up to 2.16V. So I set the Volate to 1.7V, which is the most that the controllers output and that has improved the issue significantly. IMG_20200101_19...
