Unfortunately, the rings came out quite easily.
Is there a fix for this?
If not a fix, can I get replacement heat Breaks or do I need to keep buying new hot-ends?
Any help that you provide, will be greatly appreciated.

I have the A20M printer. The hot end keeps clogging up. After several attemps and the purchase of a new 2 in 1 Hot End, I discovered that the heat break was clogged.
