Good evening, can you recommend a good extruder and hotend for the geeetech a20m?

Whether the spring of feeder is too loose, and there is no proper pressure to push the consumables.
what would this spring be?

hi to all of you guys, I bought this printer yesterday and it worked great.
today it has stopped working.
Turns on, heats the extruder but the wire does not come out.
I tried to clean the nozzle, if I try to push the wire manually it comes out quietly.
do you have any advice for me?
