i don't think it became loose. I had the same problem after switching to a different nozzle. The new nozzle didnt reach that far into the hot end, so there now was a gap and the oozing began. I have since cleaned the hot end and screwed the upper tube deeper into the hotend. Now the nozzle sticks ou...

This can happen if the teflon tube feeding the filament is not pushed all the way into the hot end
