Hi, you can use a multimeter to measure the connector on the power connector position on the motherboard to measure whether there is 24V.

Hi, I already did that there's no power.

I checked the psu first, it's making a hiss noise and it got louder. It doesn't output any voltage, when I shut it down, led on the psu keeps lighting and after a little while, it outputs rapid voltages.
