Wont work manually either

Ok, Tried everything again and still nothing, think I may have wasted my money on this thing.

not sure if I can do a video, but it just seems as though the extruder and motors have no power or something. Could it be the board?

Still got same problem, about ready to burn this thing.....

Hi, I'm having a terrible time trying to get my Prusa i3 Pro W working. Everything assembled fine and on first time startup managed to get as far as levelling the bed but then I updated the firmware and it hasnt worked ever since. I can connect to the com port but nothing else works, motors dont mov...
