update had a friend come around with a galaxy S10 and he gets the exact same message as i do serial number dosent exist anyone else have this issue ?

its saying my serial number dosent exist and thats as far as i can get

just retried it and it says my serial does not exist yet in settings and about the same serial is there as the one on the cabinet sticker getting very frustrated

i have purchased this printer not having much luck printing cant get the easy print app from apple to reconise the printer when it gets to the serial entering its says not valid its not connecting via wifi ? the wifi bars are visible via the screen but never connects any help would be great please
