tried both the v3 and the other new firmware neither of which worked, in fact v3 disabled settings, still not got a single file to load onto the printer and yet to print

the files A30-UI(V3).rar from that thread can not be use it is an 'unknown format or damaged' according to win rar

do i need that one will the older one (that download works) do?

so by following those steps i should be able to read files from the normal SD card port?

installed new driver software and the a30_VD_S_v1_57 firmware

still no luck reading files on the printer

tried 3 different pc ports and connections great on them all normally

all i am getting is a 'upgrading failed detail: cannot open serial port'

I should'nt be having so much trouble with a printer out the box that should be set up and go with the provided test prints on the provided card. Really getting frustrated so appreciate the help

I have just opened my A30 fresh out of the box and tried to run the provided prints on the provided card. The machine isnt recognising the card. If i reboot the machine it does for a second or 2 before it then comes up blank any solutions? really dont want to have to return a massive printer for a s...
